In case you need a place to park your carp in downtown Seattle….

There you will find a convenient place — a pool even — for your carp at low daily rates.

Please make a note of the time restrictions and purchase a permit sticker for your carp’s forehead to ensure that he is not towed. I understand that many unfortunate carps whose owners have not paid the necessary fees end up at Pike Place Market being tossed about like mere salmon.

Note: Credit for finding this typo goes to my 15-year-old son. There are dozens of these signs in several rows in the parking garage.

I LOVE typos! These weren’t typos, but when we drove out to Neah Bay, there were some great road signs. Ittsa Creek, Ittsadam Ditch. Maybe there was an Ittsa Road in there somewhere. Can’t remember. It was hysterical! Then we saw a huge herd of Roosevelt Elk in someone’s front yard. That was way cool. Off now to help make turkey bacon-wrapped boneless, skinless chicken thighs stuffed with onion and goat cheese. Bill’s new invention. Will let you know how it tastes. 🙂

Great typos! My son also would find them and have many questions 🙂

Life is too funny … if we let it be so..

This is another giggle, giggle, giggle. You and I were talking about those earlier, the giggles. Keep it up, it is healthy to laugh.

I assume my carp will be allowed to use the carppool lane on his way to the Convention Center?

BTW, I just noticed the Flag Counter on your blog. 14,070 visits since August 9, 2009? Wow! You’re cyber-famous!

Yes, he would be allowed to use the carppool lanes, but if he’s claustrophobic you should avoid the tunnel under the convention center lest he get carppool tunnel syndrome.

…. and 14,070 people just emitted a collective groan.

At least one of them laughed out loud. 🙂

It’s not a typo, they just don’t want you to step in the car “P”
    Thanks for the warning!

Another typo that is personal to todays events. A headline that says “New Credit Crad Rules”: Now people you know what that means. Keep up the senses of humor and the prayers.

I think I may have discovered the people that are supposed to park in these spots. I know someone that recently got a job in the Convention Center working for Gordon Carpenter Associates. The employees refer to the company as GoCarp. There you have it.
